When we’ve received and processed your payment, you’ll get a confirmation email within 24 hours. Haven’t received it? Please check if the e-mail is in your spam folder.

NB: Bank transfers can take up to 5 business days to be credited to our account and matched to your order.

How long will delivery take?

All our products are shipped from U.S. warehouse. You can find an estimated delivery time on the product page. Delivery time also depends on the type of product you ordered. Some products are bigger or heavier than usual, which means they take a bit longer to deliver. Usually, you can receive them in 3-7 days.

You will receive an automatically generated email including a Track and Trace link and carrier information as soon as the item has been dispatched.

If you order multiple products, it’s possible that you receive the parcels on different days. 

Can I schedule my delivery?

No unfortunately, we’re not working with scheduled delivery. 

What are the return conditions?

  • Start the return process within 30 days of receiving your item.
  • Product must be in new or unused condition, with all original product inserts and accessories.
  • Shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer in cases of buyer’s remorse returns, such as an item didn’t fit, didn’t like the color/quality, changed your mind, ordered by mistake, bought it somewhere else, etc.
  • We will refund the full cost of the merchandise and shipping charges if the return is a result of our error or defective product.

How do I return my order?
